Things don't always go the way they're supposed to. We get it.

That's why you can return any unused Inkbox products within 14 days from the day it was shipped!

Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns made after 14 days of the order shipment date may be eligible for an exchange in the form of an online store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders that are over 30 days old.

We aren't able to accept refunds for countries outside of Europe. Please reach out to us at returns@kickoftheday.com if you have any questions about your order.

The Following Products Cannot Be Returned:

  • E-Gift Cards
  • Sale Items

Defective Products Or Issues With Application

If you run into an issue with applying your design or if the products you got are damaged/defective, reach out to us - it may be eligible for a one-time resend or store credit.

Follow the instructions in the “How Do I make a Return” section below, and send us a photo of the products that aren't quite right.

How Do I Make A Return?

It’s super simple! Send us an email at returns@kickoftheday.com. Don’t forget to include:

  • Your name and address
  • Your order number
  • The products and quantity you’d like to return
  • The reason why you’re hoping to return it
  • A picture

Our team will take a look at your order and share the next steps with you.
